Jaclyn Willms is a fitness and health entrepreneur who founded her own training studio and clinic in 2007 with the mission of transforming lives through mobility and strength.  She combines movement and posture to create a balanced mind and body, while bringing joy and playfulness that inspires action.

Jaclyn Willms is a fitness and health entrepreneur who founded her own training studio and clinic in 2007 with the mission of transforming lives through mobility and strength. Her pioneering SUPERHERO method focuses on balance, mobility and strength, has empowered countless individuals to boost energy, confidence, and longevity.

She graduated with honors in Fitness & Health from Niagara College in Canada and continues to learn through continued education and working alongside exceptional practitioners.

Jaclyn's teaching style is imbued with a sense of playfulness and joy that is both engaging and effective, and her legacy will inspire and transform generations to come.

Fun Facts: 

  • I got my black belt in jiu jitsu at 18 years old. 
  • I got the MVP and Bad Girl of the Year awards 5 years in a row, playing travel soccer 
  • I did tap and ballet when I was 8 years old and hated it
  • I played piano for 10 years (I will start up again soon).
  • I am obsessed with all things health, wellness and fitness. 
  • In my off time, I love all things health, wellness and fitness LOL
  • I'm married to Chef Collin 
  • I'm terrified of heights and the water. I can't swim!
