Foundations Program Return Policy | Thera Optimal Health
Thank you for choosing the Foundations Program. We are confident in the value and transformative power of our program. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. To ensure that our students have an opportunity to experience the course fully while also providing a fair refund process, we have implemented the following refund policy:
Action-Based Guarantee and Refund Eligibility
Completion of Modules:
- To be eligible for a refund, students must complete at least 6 modules of the Foundations Program within a 6-week period from the date of enrollment.
Submission of Workbooks:
- Students must submit their completed workbooks for 6 modules. Each workbook should include thoughtful and comprehensive answers to the exercises and questions provided in the course materials.
Deadline for Submission:
- The completed workbooks must be submitted via email to info@theraoptimalhealth.com by the end of the 6-week period. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered for a refund.
Review Process:
- Upon receipt of the workbooks, our team will review the submissions to ensure they meet the required criteria. The workbooks must demonstrate that the student has actively engaged with the course materials and has put in a genuine effort to apply the concepts learned.
Approval of Refund:
- If the review process determines that the workbooks are complete, thoughtful, and submitted on time, a full refund will be processed within 30 days of the approval decision. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Important Notes:
This refund policy applies only to the Foundations Program and is subject to change at the discretion of Thera Optimal Health.
