DOSAGE:
We all have a varied gut function, so start with 1 teaspoon of Digestive Complex Powder in a glass of water daily and drink quickly.
Best taken before a meal or 1 hour or more after a meal.
Take it just before bed if you are prone to constipation. If you need to lose weight and struggle with overeating or food cravings, take one serving 30 minutes before every meal or at the most tricky times of the day to heal your gut and support weight loss and appetite control.
Take 2 Candida Gone capsules daily before breakfast. Ideal for use in conjunction with a low-yeast and low-sugar diet.
Take 3 Para Cleanse Capsules daily before dinner each night for 1-3 months.
Adults take 2 - 4 Natural Lax Capsules daily before dinner each night till constipation clears. Then take 2 capsules before dinner if you miss a day going to the bathroom.
Teenagers take 1 capsule before dinner if they are constipated.
